What moves you? Being on the trails alone makes me feel good, not only because I am doing what I love but also because I feel human. When I get tired and keep going up that mountain, it makes me realize how vast nature is. Running is my life; whenever I want to take a break, I go on a run, and when I come back, life is better. Whether I am on the track or the trails, the motivation to always be better helps me continue to push.
How does running inspire you to give back? Since I am a student and do not have a car, I have to find a way to transport. What I call my sport is not only a sport. It is also a way for me to move. I run commute to get to my school and my job. By doing so, I feel like I am giving back to this beautiful planet that we have because I am not using a car. Running also inspires me to share my motivation and my happiness with my friends and family who are running. That way, we can share good moments together and avoid a stressful life because running is clearly therapy. |
