Desert Cap / RWOTD Edition
We are excited to announce our partnership with Running Without the Devil and to share our new Desert Cap / RWOTD Edition! Proceeds from this cap go to Running Without the Devil, an Arizona nonprofit founded by Move Free ambassador Henry Ward, focused on helping those suffering from addiction afford treatment and aftercare, and that encourages the use of running and fitness as part of recovery.
Henry, a recovering alcoholic and addict, founded RWOTD to support others in recovery, and their fundraising goes to a scholarship fund supporting Valley Hope of Tempe, where Henry received treatment. Some of the ways the money is used include treatment, aftercare, doctor's visits, transition funds after treatment, and the purchasing of items such as running shoes, bikes, and general fitness equipment and apparel. We know the incredibly transformative power of movement and love to see the work Henry is doing for the recovery and running community.
